Carry On Tuesday # 139

Carry On Tuesday # 139
Prompt: Come Fly With Me

Come Fly With Me
In the now
of new moons,
starry skies
and comets

your laughter
spangles
the heavens.

Memories
run rampant,
a portal opens
somewhere,

the past
and future
splinter and divide.

Come back,
come fly with me
again, beneath
diamond-studded ceilings.

'Your laughter spangles the heavens' is a brilliant line and the image of 'this diamond-studded ceiling' is wonderful!
