Poetic Asides Prompt 140

From Poetic Asides with Robert Lee Brewer comes the following prompt:
Write a poem about--or, at least, with--a sound. It could be an annoying sound, a scary sound, a happy sound, etc. In fact, the poem could even include several sounds.

Sunday Morning Symphony
She wakes to a carillon of cathedral bells,
the short, sharp tick of the dresser clock
defining each second of time that passes,
the steady drip, drip, drip of rain falling
in small silvery drops, the clatter of cup on
saucer. Their voices soothe and she is content.

Beautiful images, vivid sounds... I love the last line!
